How we care for your memories

Every memorial has an explicit visibility setting, and it is yours to change at any time.

• Public — the memorial can be visited by anyone, appears in our memorial directory and may be indexed by search engines.
• Unlisted — reachable only by its link. It is excluded from our directory and marked so that search engines do not index it.
• Private — visible only to you while signed in to the account that created it.

Drafts are never public. A memorial becomes visible to others only after you publish it.

Accounts are protected by email and password sign-in or by Google sign-in. Only the account that created a memorial can edit it, change its visibility or delete it. Our database enforces this ownership at the data layer rather than only in the interface.

We will never ask you for your password or a verification code by email. If you receive a message that does, please report it to us.

Tributes, credit packs and memorial plans are paid through Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We keep only a record of the purchase — what was bought, when, the amount and its status — so that we can support you and issue receipts.

Digital tributes such as candles, roses and hearts are symbolic images shown on a memorial page. They are virtual symbols only: nothing physical is produced, shipped or delivered. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

Memorials and tribute messages are written by the people who use Pets Cemetery. Our community guidelines set out what is not acceptable: harassment, hateful content, graphic imagery, impersonation, advertising and content that breaches someone else's rights.

We do not publish invented memorials, invented tributes or invented statistics anywhere on this site. Everything shown in our directory was created by a real account holder who chose to make it public.

If you see something that should not be here, write to privacy@petscemetery.com with the memorial link and a short description. Memorial owners can also remove individual tribute messages from their own page.

We collect the information needed to run your account and your memorials: your email address, your profile details, the memorial content you upload and a record of your purchases. Our privacy policy explains this in full, including how to request a copy of your data or its deletion.

Deleting a memorial removes it from public view and from our directory. Search engines may keep a cached copy for a period afterwards, which is outside our control.

Pets Cemetery is a digital memorial platform. We are not a physical cemetery, burial ground, crematorium or veterinary provider, and we do not arrange or broker those services.
