Duplicate or failed charges
If a payment is charged more than once for the same tribute or plan, or if a purchase was made in error and not used, contact us and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
Content already displayed
Once a digital tribute has been publicly displayed on a memorial, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable law.
