These Terms govern your use of Pets Cemetery, a digital memorial platform operated by Pets Cemetery. By creating an account, publishing a memorial, or purchasing a digital tribute or memorial plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Pets Cemetery is
Pets Cemetery provides digital memorial pages and digital tribute services. Digital candles, flowers, hearts, stars and trees are virtual items placed on a memorial page. They do not represent physical delivery or physical placement.
2. Accounts
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent where required. You are responsible for the security of your account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the photographs, videos, stories and other content you upload. You grant Pets Cemetery a limited licence to host and display that content according to your privacy settings so we can operate the memorial page.
4. Rights to upload
You must have the legal right to upload every photograph, video or text you place on Pets Cemetery. Uploading content you do not have the right to publish violates these Terms.
5. Digital tributes and plans
Digital tributes and memorial plans are digital goods delivered immediately on payment. Refund rights follow the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
6. Prohibited use
See the Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, doxxing, and commercial solicitation inside memorial pages are not permitted.
7. Termination
You can delete your account and export your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
